At Illillawa Bush Beauty , we want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product if it has a major fault.
You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including:
Incorrect product selection
Dislike of scent, texture, or results
Skin sensitivity or reaction (unless the product is faulty)
Please choose carefully and review product descriptions before purchasing.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
Once assessed, we will offer:
A replacement
A refund
Or store credit (where appropriate)
4. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
We recommend patch testing before full use. As individual skin reactions vary, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions unless the product is proven to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
Be unused or minimally used (unless faulty)
Be in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover return shipping costs
For all other approved returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility
